The Environment, Climate Change and Capacity Building sectors all aim at improving the lives of citizens of Rwanda by improving access to water, electricity, and cooking gas. Responding to these essential needs, our delegation had the honor of presenting a potential investment of Waste Management project to the Rwandan Minister of Infrastructure, Honorable Dr. Ernest Nsabimana: an emission free processing of waste into green energy, among other reuse opportunities. Minister Nsabimana welcomed and encouraged the development of the underdeveloped sector.

Our representatives had the honor of talking to people such as Chief Technical Advisor in charge of Water & Energy Mr. Gen B. Cesar, Honorable Minister of the Ministry of Infrastructure Dr. Ernest Nsabimana and the Director in charge of Water and Sanitation Mrs. Marcelline Kayitesi.
