Innovative Technology for Green Development

Rwanda is a leading African country when it comes to developing sustainable cities, smart technology powering urban infrastructure. That said, the country is not immune to the effects of climate change. According to the Honorable Minister of the Environment, Dr. Mrs. Jeanne Mujawamariya, clean air and green energy production (in part through biomass) are some of the Rwandan Government’s key priorities.

Our progressive integration of smart technologies and waste management solutions at various urban scales directly respond to the government’s sustainable ambitions. On Thursday, August 04th, the delegation presented the company’s various socio-environmental strategies to the Minister of the Environment. In receiving positive feedback, Exousia was encouraged to engage with the local and national sustainability efforts to ensure that, as the Minister said, “no waste is wasted”.
